I was riding my bicycle down route 66 from Indiana and I got a call about my mom’s health so I had to stop my adventure. I went to the nearest UPS store to ship my bicycle home the lady that owned the place said it would be $470 to ship the bicycle plus $150 for the box to put the bicycle in for shipping. I asked the owner if there was a bicycle shop around that might help me ship my bicycle and she told me she doesn’t know of any bicycle shops around the area. So I looked on Google and there was a trek bicycle shop right around the corner almost on the same block as her shop. I walked into this trek bicycle shop and the guys there were so awesome. I explained my situation and The one younger gentleman took it upon himself to get on the computer and he asked me if I ever shipped anything through bike flight. I told him no and he helped me out and got my bike shipped for $150 plus $80 for the box that the bike needed to go into. If anyone is looking for awesome customer service with people that care about you and your needs, please stop in there before buying any bike from anywhere else. I have a trek store in my town and another one 30 minutes away from where I live. The next time I buy a bicycle I’m going to travel over 900 miles to this trek store just to buy my next bicycle because of the service I received. I’m promise you that. To everyone at this trek bicycle store , I just wanted to say I appreciate everything you have done for me. I would of had to leave the bicycle down there if it wasn’t for you guys. Sorry for the long review but had to tell a little bit of my story. You guys are great and keep up the good work. Nice job packing my bike. See you guys around spring time for my next bike 👍

I have visited many bike shops over the years, owned part of one and still love riding as much as I can. I moved to Oklahoma City 10 years ago and was somewhat panicked about the cycling scene. My first visit to Schlegel's Bike Shop was awesome and I felt like I was part of the cycling community instantly. The feeling continues today with the new Trek ownership. I bought a ebike from Delfast& had it delivered & put together by Trek bikes. When I picked it up they told me not bring it back to them again . I have now found a short in the system they caused. Be cautious & carefully check your bike when pick it up.
