These people are God's send! Without them I be living on the streets or worse I spent 27 months get myself better drug and alcohol free so they helped me when I was down and out about put on the streets where I would have done drugs and alcohol and went back to prison or Worse dead!! :-( so thank you kno-ho-Co thank you!!🏡

Yes they are. That doesn't mean they'll have funds or time available to satisfy your energy needs. So while it's best to make a appointment. Walk-ins are the next best, acceptable option
Call them, they will call utility company to let them know when your scheduled appt. Will be. If u cant wait for an appt to be scheduled be at Heap no later than 830 cuz they open at 8am and take walk-ins first come first serve
Yes they take the first 5 or 7 so you have to get there early
