Had three appointments. They canceled two. They finally showed up after calling three times for the third appointment. The dispatcher Joe said he left messages on my phone, but he never called or left a message. I asked him to route me to his supervisor. He never put me in touch or gave me a name. $ 189.00 for 15 minutes of work was too high. Josh the tech was very good. Will not use them in the future.

I scheduled this company to come do HVAC maintenance. They gave me a window of 12pm - 5pm on a Saturday, saying they would call about 30 minutes before arriving at my house. I was home all day and never received a phone call, and never heard a knock on my door (one of my dogs would almost definitely have noticed and barked). When I left my house around 5:00, there was a flyer on the door handle from the company. I called, and they said the technician knocked and waited ten minutes before leaving (he did not call to let me know he was there). I accepted their offer to reschedule the service for the following Monday between 12 and 5. Again, they assured me they would call 30 - 50 minutes before arriving at my house. Monday, I received a call at 10am confirming that I was on the schedule, and that the tech may run a little late but would give me a call when he was nearing my home. I never received a call. At 7:30PM, with no notice, someone showed up at my door. However, since I had no notice he was coming and it was over 2 hours past the window I was given, I was about to leave. Had he called in advance, I could have shifted my plans to allow him to work. Do not use this company!
