Will be moving from here very soon. This place has only one trash compactor and it’s always over full and trash placed everywhere they can’t even keep a steady maintenance crew to fix things on the property. This place opened up to fast and they are still building more apartments and can’t even fix things in the apartments that are already up. Smh don’t waste your money here it’s not worth it at all.These apartments are over priced for the area it is in as well.

I deal with a lot of properties and I can definitely say that Maria, Lexi, and Kenny are some of the absolutely nicest people you can possibly meet. They always seem to be organized and know what is going on with their property which makes them even more of a pleasure to work with. I absolutely love this property and would definitely suggest putting this on your list of properties to tour if you are looking for an apartment community.

I was fortune to rent from them when it first opened. I had an amazing experience. The staff were nice and quick to respond to any issue. Every piece of the apartment is very detailed and the outside is very well kept.

If you’re going to charge rent as high as a 300-400k house, you might want to invest in THICKER walls. It’s disturbing when I can here children's music 500 ft through my walls, but it’s also disturbing when I can hear someone flush their toilet.
