Horrible. Matinence is closed all the time, neighbors are playing super loud music 24/7, dog park had fleas and all types of bugs, horribly built parking lot, dish washer was broken, oven was broken, basically everything sucked.

If I could leave 0 stars I do it! We went for information to move and this girl who has her desk in front of the door didn’t say hi and just ask what we need, we told her what we were looking for and she said everything is on the website and the application was on the table!!!! She was looking at her computer the whole time and never saw us at the face!!!! SUCH A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

2 stars because at first Samantha was really nice and helpful, quick to respond. We applied and got approved, but the apartment would not be available until 1 month later in mid November, which was fine. I emailed her 2 weeks before move in about what kind of washer and dryer the apartment needed and she decided then to inform us that move in was now the end of December. Samantha said the original move in date of mid November was a prediction, but she never mentioned that to us. I just want to know if she was ever going to tell us about the move in date change, but we are completely screwed over by this and very disappointed.

Been in this apartment complex for less than a year and its bad, specially when it comes maintenance this get fix when they are completely broken, AC unit broke, brought that to attention about 4pm but aparently was to late to get fixed, i had to call number untill someone came out but still did not get fix, i ask for window ac, was given 1 for a 2 bedroom apartment, becouse that their rules just one in a place that gets hot as h..lll. 90 F to more acured...bad place not recommend this place
