If i could post lower i would, but the new manager, Erik Black i believe his name is, is awful. DONT MOVE HERE. When the new management took over they made everyone renew and requalify for their lease and now 7 months after renewing my lease in march Mr. Black is claiming leases weren't renewed. He doesn't answer emails. Many came home to eviction notices on their doors randomly just with the reasoning "Management chose not to renew." He's just trying to kick everyone out and upcharge new tenants. Do not move here, they're shady and only care about money. We've filed complaints with the state already but who knows if that will move fast enough to have any effect.

***Please note this apartment complex has changed hands alot over the years, It was under Planters Crossing when we lived there.*** Rebranding and a new management staff doesn't negate the history. There were a few months where I was more than 5 days late on my rent. Went through a job loss and illness. They file evictions after 6 days and ruin your rental history with repeated and frivolous filings. They do not legally serve documents so pray you find them left on or near your door. They leave threats in your door saying locks will be changed. They also filed on me when they lost my rent payment. It was fixed, but the record with Charleston County is forever. Late fees exceed $101 dollars generally around $150. They do lose rent payments so keep accurate records. The apartments are very run down and I never did get my move-in issues resolved. A lot of drug activity and smoke coming through the walls. Poor electrical wiring was scary too and not all working. Old AC units struggle in the very hot summer and leak downstairs. I filed a complaint with the SC Consumer Complaints division over late fees and exhorbatent filing fees but they retaliated and refused to renew my lease. I wasn't in a position financially to move, so that really hurt me. That means my admin fee of over $400 was never recouped. Patty the property manager seemed great at first, but then her true nature showed through. She twists the truth to suite her agenda. If you request repairs she blacklists you and most importantly she is accountable to no one. The income demographic they sell to cannot afford to get a lawyer and sue them. They exploit that vulnerability with fees and illegal eviction threats. Get your credit score up a little and go somewhere else. This place was a nightmare.

They are not answering phone for no one at dwell seems like they're only available for themselves.maintenance never shows up at all. I really don't think this apartment complex has a manager on duty.
Absolutely..... No one is there...or they are there on Fridays having a company meeting with ordered food and the office is locked and no one steps up after....This garbage has been happening since new management.....NONE OF THE AMENITIES ARE UP TO PAR, FILTHY PARKING LOTS FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS, DRUG DEALS, BROKEN LAUNDRY ROOMS, NO ONE IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE....BUT BLAME HAS BEEN ON TENANTS. So sick of it...Since.memorial.day I have called and left messages daily...I have not received one(1) call back...but y'all have no problem getting my rent....just WRONG...like I said, my kid would have loved an apartment here but NO ONE WILL PICK UP OR CALL BACK💔

Keep calling, as a tenant they have not returned a single call from me or my friends for the past 2 weeks, yet they have closed the pool, the bathrooms etc for this long. I am sorry, wish we could recruit good people in
Unfortunately I can't tell you...there has not been anyone in the office..anyone for maintenance anyone for ANYTHING IT IS NOT UNFORTUNATE IT IS RIDICULOUS!!! They have no problem taking rent but they don't answer the phones, return calls even on an emergency....it is a side show I have been in for 5 years... Anything I can do to help, just let me know.
