I have been living here Since December 2018. Since then this place has changed companies/ managers 3 times. The staff is never available nor is the maintenance team . You will be charged for services that you do not receive and when you need services done, you can never get ahold of any one . The rent goes up every term but it’s impossible to get an upgrade to your apartment to reflex the outrageous rent they are requesting.

0 stars would be better, cockroach infested. Not kidding or being dramatic, have called multiple times and the traps are finally getting full. No one has come to fix that. Not to mention the front door LITERALLY DOESNT CLOSE. Nobody has come to fix that either and as a young woman that worries me. This complex is a walking safety hazard, will be leaving!

If I can give zero starts I would . Been without air conditioning for over a year and heat since last winter currently still have window units . Constantly get the run around from the management team. CAN’T GET THE MINIMUM MAINTENANCE JOBS DONE .
