Who runs this place? Why am I paying 20%more rent when that is illegal and no one is in the office since January? Where do my questions go? Why can't anyone answer the phones?

Absolutely..... No one is there...or they are there on Fridays having a company meeting with ordered food and the office is locked and no one steps up after....This garbage has been happening since new management.....NONE OF THE AMENITIES ARE UP TO PAR, FILTHY PARKING LOTS FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS, DRUG DEALS, BROKEN LAUNDRY ROOMS, NO ONE IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE....BUT BLAME HAS BEEN ON TENANTS. So sick of it...Since.memorial.day I have called and left messages daily...I have not received one(1) call back...but y'all have no problem getting my rent....just WRONG...like I said, my kid would have loved an apartment here but NO ONE WILL PICK UP OR CALL BACK💔

They have new management have you tried going in the office???
