These apartments have potential to be great homes but unfortunately the owner does not think it's of requirement to fix what needs to be fixed in a time that is reasonable I have complained for 2 years about mold growing on my walls about the air not working about so many different problems and they still won't fix them so I give it one star because as many times as I have told him as many times as other people have told them to fix the apartments they never do I do not recommend these apartments

Went to even just ask about an apartment that said there would be some available soon, the staff acted like they could care less to do their job and barely gave me any information at all. Didn’t really help at all and was kind of rude too. Need to update Apartments.com and your website for saying y’all have availability when you don’t even have a model to even present people that want to take any tours. Thanks for wasting my time.

I lived there for 2 years before moving. I moved out over three months ago and still have not received my security deposit back that I was promised. I've sent dozens of emails that do not receive a reply. I've called countless times and no one has ever answered the office phone. I've left voicemails and never gotten a call back. I've gone in person to the office twice since I moved out, and the office was closed both times, in the middle of the day. It was just as bad when I lived there. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. Now, I'm having to take legal action for something as simple as a security deposit refund.

Thank God for Josue from maintenance! I reported Friday that I had just moved into this apartment and the hot water, sink, toilet, and dishwasher was not working and he showed up immediately today to fix it. He had a smile on his face and did a great job. I am very pleased with his service.
