probably the worst place to live. at first, everything seems great but the people in the leasing office never answer the phone, there is no option to leave a message, etc. i don't know if it's due to new management or what but everyone in that office is incompetent. i moved out a month ago and have yet to receive my deposit back and cannot get a hold of the office at all. while i lived here, they charged me late fees for rent when i paid it according to the lease. avoid living here! (the only redeemable aspects of this apartment complex are the maintenance men, they are absolutely great!!!)

Since the new management has come in this place has turned in to drug dealing/using paradise. The so called new manager yells at you and talks to you like trash. There’s been people sleeping standing up in the parking lot at night. Every time I walk outside it reeks of cigarettes and pot everywhere. The landscape upkeep is terrible. I used to really like this place. Now I can’t wait until November.

We have lived here for 9 years & love the complex. The management responds quickly to any requests or concerns. The property's landscaping is warm and welcoming with shrubbery and trees highlighting the beautiful lake and dock.

I've been living here for about 6 months now and so far I loved the place and maintenance so far they have fix every issue fast and right thank you and keep it up beach club
