Good service in the office. The person in charge is super friendly and attentive.

It is May of 2019 and the current office staff at Country Oaks are not knowledgeable of the rules according to HUD and Tax credit! They keep messing up people’s files with incorrect information and make it seem like it’s your fault! They act as if they are above everyone else just because this is a low income based property. They think it’s okay to enter your apartment and photograph your home trying to find grounds to evict you. Also when you have lived here for the past 18 years like I have, then you can see how bad they are screwing up! They make up their own rules as they go along and they know must people would not know that what they are doing wrong! I have confronted them repeatedly about things and they say I am being non- compliment! They are looking for anything to evict me by trying to claim I am not following the rules even though I am! Therefore, you can take my word for it or not or walk around the property and ask any residents you see what they think of living here at Country Oaks Apartments with the current mgmt. in office and I am sure you will here worse horror stories than what I have included in this review!!

Cops are always in and out. These apartments our full of drug dealers and the office people are extremely rude. They are low income based so you can't expect the best but they are the worst low income apartments you will ever find. If anything is wrong inside your apartments they expect you to fix it immediately but when maintenance is called to fix something they take forever. Also the more you live to the back the worst it gets so be very careful when visiting these apartments.

This was my first apartment and until this day I always refer people to go check out :)

They income-based. You have to go in to apply and thats if the waiting list open.
Yes
It is a form of income, but others with guaranteed $ flow have a better chance than one form. Waiting list is about 3 years long.
Its still longer than anticipated management has changed 3xs. In 6months your best bet is to call for update information
This is a low income place. They have a waiting list. But now is closed. Next year they will open again. You have to call , getting the Office number phone by Internet.
