The place is relatively small, and a very quiet place to live. A bit expensive for the current price of $1400 for a 1 bedroom, the price was only $1000 when we moved here. The maintenance here was very helpful and timely! No complaints about the community whatsoever. The ONE BIG problem here is the brown troll that runs the leasing office! It’s her job to help people, and she shows little to no empathy for you even if the rent is paid on time. She will do the bare minimum, offer little to no assistance ( other than when it comes to collecting rent ) then, she’ll just sit there and look at you. Without her energy this place is easily a 4 star (***EDIT in response***) I’ve stayed there for quite some time, and this is definitely no mistake. Coming into that office solves nothing…unless you’re dealing with the slender Spanish lady who actually gets things resolved …but the main lady does the bare minimum! The review wasn’t any confusion on my part. Have a blessed day

Great community very peaceful trouble free. Maintenance is always on time and gets the job done. Again great community I have had no complaints. Great staff and have enjoyed my stay here so far.

Nice and quiet place to live, The staff is very nice, The maintenance guys are always ready to solve the issues, The area of one bed room apt. is good and well planned, One thing i don't like is the parking lot, it's not reserved, and the visitors parking lot is far from the apartment، one swimming pool, one small gym, no tennis courts...
