I’ve never patronized this establishment. So please don’t feel offended. The 1 star is only based on the name. I’m looking for a salon to do my re-twist. But I won’t set up a consultation or appointment with the word dreadlock all over. Can I ask why do you call them dreadlocks? There’s nothing dreadful about it. It’s Locs only. Don’t be so mad, all caps. I was only trying to educate you. It’s not just a name and locs are not just a popular way to style your hair. But if you use the word (dred)locks in name of your business for 35 years obviously you don’t care about the Loc journey of your customers, and don’t know the word is derogatory, sad.
