College Town is a nice place to live in, it is usually quiet in the complex, you’re quite unlikely to be disturbed by noises. I like how maintenance requests are quickly handled, and they pay attention to the details. Other than that, I also appreciate the way Jen and the management addresses residents concerns and tries their best to accommodate requests. I look forward to the re-modeled changes in the amenities of the complex that are coming soon.☺️

My Stay at Campus Palms , now known as College town @USF has been incredibly amazing and I look forward to continue here. I have been living here for about two years now and all I can say about this place is only great things. The maintenance is always quick with responding to my work orders. They have been very helping even for small fixes. The amenities that this place offers is fantastic. The best one here is JACUZZI & RESORT STYLE POOL and I have never been disappointed from the amenities Campus Palms has offered me. The staff at the leasing office is very supporting. They can also help with mails , shift of units etc. They always listen and try to fix any issues with the apartments. As far as security goes, its a very safe campus, and now the camera have also been installed. There is an added security patrol every night. I highly recommend this place to people who are looking for an amazing FLORIDA experience and within budget.

Great complex. I stayed before the new management took over and both ran very smoothly, great staff along with the move in/ move out process couldn’t have been easier. So many amenities, along with being on a Bull Runner Route, gated community and sooo close to campus, the list goes on. This complex played a large roll in my degree process running so smoothly having a place close to campus was awesome! The staff is always nice along with such a gorgeous complex with stuff always going on, you can never be bored. Very happy with the years I spent here.

College town is honestly a great complex. I’ve been living here now since August of 2021 and the staff and front office are amazing. Any and all of our needs from basic repairs to questions answered are always completing within 24 hours. Allyson at the front desk is always tremendously helpful and is so sweet. The complex also provides many opportunities to show appreciation for their tenants with raffles, treats, and fun activities. The designated trash service is also awesome, i never have to walk to the dumpster and all the maintenance guys are quick to help. I feel safe in the community and love to see other tenets walking their dogs freely throughout.
