We lived here at the meadows for over 2 years, we only moved out as we were leaving Brockport or we would of renewed. We had a fantastic experience, the management team were always super helpful, and any problems were resolved quickly. The maintenance crew are brilliant and always did a great job, super nice guys. The apartments are really nice and well maintained, communal areas and grounds were kept nice. Would definitely recommend the Meadows!

The meadows is a beautiful apartment complex and it was a huge relief to move into a well maintained building. Brittany is a huge help and is able to answer any questions you may have.

Great place, close to both Brockport School District and Brockport College. While it's not the cheapest, there are lots of nice touches on the grounds. Covered parking and outdoor mats. Nice large pool and fantastic staff.

Edit: 8/20/2020 I have since moved out of The Meadows due to my lease ending. I will say the issue wasn’t exactly resolved but the lease manager was very attentive to the issues especially at the end of my lease when the issues were seemingly getting worse. I will say the Meadows isn’t a bad place, beautiful sight, great apartments but an unfortunate placement for the duration of my lease term. Nothing more needs to be done. Turning here because my frustration with the Meadows has become a bigger and bigger problem, the longer my issues aren't addressed and handled properly. I have lived in the Meadows since August and I have been having numerous issues with a neighbor. There has been plenty of adjustments in my lifestyle to make the living situation more comfortable and at this point it feels as if I am the only one making sacrifices. Just today (4/18/2020) I had an issue and used an on-call number that was given to both myself and my neighbor to call if there is ever an issue with one another. Calling this number, I did not get through to who I was promised I would get through to. The lady on the phone then transferred my call to the on call maintenance worker. At the end of the call, I was told I would receive a call back but that call never arrived. I have since emailed the lease office but have yet to have any solution presented for the problem. I live alone and mind my business. I can confidently say I have been a very kind and respectful person in this community but I have been living in discomfort for months and I have addressed this issue several times. I really want to brag about this community because I do have a very nice apartment but it's not worth anything if my time spent at home is filled with worry that I may upset my neighbor and stressful because I can't enjoy my day as I normally would because it becomes an issue. I don't want to be frustrated during this pandemic but enough is enough. I have brought this issue to the attention of the staff several times and today was proof that nothing has been done to solve the problem, resulting in my further living in discomfort just so my neighbors don't stomp through my floor or yell at me.

Yes right now. They fill up fast

Are you a income base facility? Looking for a 2 bedroom. I'm 64 & retired on social security. My 45 year old son would be moving in with me. I also have a cat that is a companion animal. Will there be any charge for her? Looking to move 1/1/23.
