The negative post you read are true. First is the issue of the never ending time on hold. You won't reach anyone. You will continue on hold in thier recorded loop until you finally hang up. This is a continuous problem. 34 minutes is unacceptable. When you leave a voice message, it's stated your call will be returned within 24hrs. That was 6 weeks ago. Then there is the exessive wait times once you get in the office.. I find this place unprofessional and full of excuses. These problems are not new, reading past reviews, this has been a longterm problem. I loathe dealing with this facility and wish we could find a better healthcare organization. 0 stars is my rating.

Love the providers however 53 minutes on hold before talking to anyone?? Arrived on time for a 3:20 appointment and waited in my car till 3:53 before being called inside after I waited on hold to let them know I had been waiting. I seriously don't know how they keep patients that can't even get thru on the phone..

I'm currently on hold with the the Brockport location going on 32 minutes. And this isn't the first time. If I'm lucky, it's usually only 15 minutes. More often than not it's well over half an hour and at this point I usually hang up.

Waited on hold for 45 minutes, no one ever answered. Tried 3 different extensions. Website showed OPEN, but NOBODY HOME! ☹️

I had the same problem, I accidentally got the eye center and they transferred me over and my call was answered in like 2 min

Did he ask specifically for you to go on website, i believe he may have ment to let him know in person. I would call directly or just let him know on you're next visit.
