They have horrible customer service on the phone and the reception staff is very rude. The midwives are very nice and professional; however, the rest of the staff at that clinic are very disorganized and never seem to read the chart for anything which leads to a lot of redundancy in the care provided. The latest bad experience I had was in calling to update the insurance on file: I called, pressed the number for the billing department, pressed 1 for English, waited on the line, they answered in Spanish which isn’t a big deal, but then after I stated why I called they just hung up on me. Incredibly frustrating to get ahold of the clinic and get anything done.

You arrive early and they take time to call you and if you arrive late they cancel your appointment 😒 they never answer the phone and if I continue I don't finish

had to wait for 2 months for an appointment regarding an injury I sustained at work. Terrible.

Terrible service as many doctors as nurses, I have days with infection and to this day without antibiotics it can well aggravate the infection and they as if nothing else, they are just going to sit down to do their check .... terrible place and terrible reception.
