No they go to the local salvation army stores for sale
I would like to donate a king size bed frame box spring and mattress (all excellent cond) to salvation army ...do they accept
these? And do they pick up?

They no longer accept mattresses and boxsprings. Bed frames yes, but call ahead just in case.
