Terrible service. Was told it would take 5-7 day to translate a document, but instead took a month. Check-In a few times and was told each time it was in the mail. I didn't need a sealed envelope so WHY COULDN'T YOU EMAIL IT TO ME! In the meantime I needed another document translated and chose a different company. Got my translated document back the next day for half the cost. Do not use this translation service!

I have been using IIW for second year straight. The services I requested were always done in a timely manner with a lot of professionalism. It is strange to see low rating because I would consider them a 5-star service. Klara has been very helpful throughout the entire time and informative. Highly recommend for the translation and the notary.

NO IDEA why there are 1 star reviews on here. They were AWESOME...Tatiana is the best. These guys are not only reasonable as a non-profit, but they know their stuff WAY better than any of the big-money law firms!
