I had to call on a different phone so that they could answer me because when my mother tried to make an appointment here for my siblings and asked if there was a Spanish Speaker she was hung up on and blocked. When is tried to call again she was immediately sent to "this caller is unavailable". I HAD TO CALL THEM ON A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER just so I could see about an appointment! After I got the information I needed, I confronted the lady who answered as my mother said it was the same lady she talked to at first before she was blocked and she said all our lines our busy and had a whole additude about it when all I asked was why I couldn't call on my mother's phone. If you're Hispanic/Latino(a) please do not call here they will just block you as they did to my mother.

Having symptoms of allergies and my appointment was at 2:45pm, and it's now 3:33pm, and I still haven't been seen and I'm in so much pain, that I'm sitting in the grass, because it's too hot to sit in the heat with asthma and nausea and severe constipation. Done all I can think of for constipation nothing works. This doctor always makes me schedule multiple appointments which is a waste of gas and time! Don't recommend this one at all!

Would give this place a one and a half star review... but I cannot. The doctor sends me through the run around. The phone is never picked up and it's a waste of time money and gas

Yes I love that facility!!!!!
Yes. Also, be sure to bring proof of income (if you have no income, a signed statement from your caretaker is all you need), because she charges based on income. I only pay $10 for most visits, but I swear I don't care how much money I had, I'd still see her. She is so wonderful. The only drawback is that she has long wait times. I've had times when I've had a small cavity and had to wait 3 months to get it filled, and by the time I get to see her the tooth either needs a root canal (like everyone has $2000 set aside for a hope to save your tooth that generally ends up failing at 10 years max. Unfortunately I took anti seizure meds when my permanent teeth were growing, so at 33 I'm going to have full dentures. They are not fun. I have to see her one final time next month so she can determine if she is going to pull my final 7 teeth or if I need to see someone else. Hopefully she'll do it, bc she will do it all for $10,whereas if I go to like Affordable Dentures it's $100 per tooth.
