Let me start by saying we absolutely love Dr Nair. He is a fantastic doctor. However, the office staff is atrocious, rude, and incompetent. And God help you if you have to call them, NOBODY answers the phones, ever. I'm sad to say we'll be finding a new doctor simply because we can no longer deal with this trainwreck of an office.

I am happy with my doctor, but like others have said, it has become impossible to get anyone to answer the phone at the office. Today for example, I was on hold for 56 minutes and no one ever picked up the phone to even acknowledge my call or ask me to hold or anything. That is completely unacceptable. I finally got in my car and drove over to the office (while still on hold). The person at the front desk replied "we only have one person to answer the phone and they can't keep up." Having people to answer the phone at a doctors office is essential.

I have only positive things to say about my doctor. She is professional, friendly, easy to talk to, and always answers my questions. She is also quickly responsive to emails. My main complaint is the inability to reach anyone in the office on the phone. I have called multiple times in a day and the phone just rings and rings. The crazy thing is my insurance co. and signage in the office suggest calling your primary care doctor first before going to the ER or urgent care for nonemergent issues, but that would never work here since no one answers the phone. Very frustrating.

I have always had magnificent care here, the staff/my doctor are always so friendly and helpful. Wait times tend to be on the quicker side, about 10-20 minutes total. Signing in is easy peasy and pain-free, no hassle. This has been my primary source of care for a few years now and will be for much longer. Never a bad experience, thank you for being such a great doctors office!!
