Unfortunately my husband and I have has a terrible experience with this shop. Our 40" flat screen was not staying on and we assumed it was a bulb issue (we're nothing of experts) but instead of buying new and throwing it away we decided to get it repaired. We took the TV in and gave the gentleman there $50 upfront and he told us this would go toward the cost of the repair and we felt that was fair enough. We received no phone calls or communication about the status for above two weeks. My husband and I decided to drop in after there was no call and were told that he could not find the part to repair the TV yet but he would continue looking. Again, about three weeks later, no status on the part for repair so my husband dropped by again. The technician could not find the part and cannot fix the television. My husband asked for the balance of our money back that remained and we were refused, even after taking our own additional time to find information on the status of the repair. I really wanted to have a good experience with a local business and reuse our television. While my expectations were iffy for the repair initially, I very much wish we were contacted and at least provided the remaining cost of our deposit back. Now we're out the $50 and the television. It's very disappointing and we will not be returning or recommending this business to anyone we know.

THIS GUY IS A CROOK! BEWARE!!!! I took my 46 inch plasma tv in for repair in February 2017. The old man advise me that it would be a $75 fee to determine the problem with the t.v . I agreed and paid him $75, he then told me that it would be a couple of days before he contacts me back with the details. 1 week went by, no response, I then called him the following week and he told me that, I had a broken RF connector and a bad fuse. He then told me that he had to order the parts off the internet. 1 month went by and still no response. I called him again and asked him the status of my tv repair. He told me that he was having trouble getting the parts and to give him another week. 3 months go by and still no response so I told my wife to stop by the shop and pick up our tv. She returned home and told me that the old man said he was very sorry and that he took apart the tv but will put it back together and call her to pick it up. 5 months later still no response. At this point I literally forgot about the tv. I decided to personally go up there on my off day to see why he never contacted me or my wife. I went to the shop in October of 2017, 8 months later and asked the old man where’s my tv, he then started to argue with me and tell me that was so long ago and I should have took more initiative to get the tv back. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing so I told him that he better have my tv or I’m filing a police report and left. He then magically called me and told me that the tv has been sent away as salvage to some imaginary place, I think it was Mexico. He offered to give me a $75 dollar discount off of a used tv (probably another victims property) I immediately declined and hung up. So please be very careful with this tv company because they do very shady business.

I called this company because of the reviews that I read. Upon letting Paul know what was wrong with my flat screen he scheduled an appointment to be at my house about an hour later. Not only did he fix my television he did it within an hour of calling. I know that I most likely called at just the right time BUT still.....FAST - HONEST - and very FAIR. Would not call anywhere else if you need television service.....A+ company...Thanks Paul!

I had a 2 year old 70 Vizio that just quit working. I talked to Vizio, and their recommended repair source. Both had told me to throw my $1500.00 2 year old TV away. I found Paul from Gulfport TV and he said bring it in and he would check it out. The service fee was $75.00, which I considered more than fair. Paul checked it out and felt he could get a part to fix it. He quoted the repair price, and told me that if the part didn't fix it I didn't owe any more. He communicated everything well, treated me fairly and I now have my TV back. Thanks Paul!
