Hello I know reviews are important especially if you are looking for a place to live. As a community this is a great place to live. It is very convenient to get anywhere from this location. If you have a problem with anything in your apartment Maintenance will fix the issue very fast. The light bill is also very low in this complex. Compared to other apartments in the low country Alta Shores do offer very spacious apartments for fraction of the price. Holly is the apartment manager and she will always greet you with a smile and help you with whatever you may need even if it’s not containing to your apartment. She also does a great job letting everyone knows what’s going on and has improved the community a lot. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because I hate the parking situation, but other than that everything was great. I lived there for 4 years and I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a home felt apartment.

The staff at Alta Shores have been great. Whenever there is an issue, they answer and provide assistance within a timely manner. The staff and maintenance team really do try to be as accommodating as possible.

I've lived in Alta Shores for almost 3 years and I think the place is amazing, quiet, the apartments are spacious, great neighborhood, in my case. Whenever I needed it, the employees and the management were always ready to help us, the maintenance services were always fast. I highly recommend Alta Shores apartment

I have lived here for 3 years now and I love it! The management is always willing to help and always quick with communication! Maintenance is always so nice and on stand by! Love the amenities and my kids love the pool, which is always clean!
