I have been taking all 4 of my kiddos here since they were born. We love this place and love Dr. Lanman. I feel like she actually listens to me and would never push doing something I’m uncomfortable with. She takes the time to explain things and make sure we’re on the same page.

This office has gone downhill. Good luck getting basic information for milestone appointments and don't think your child can be seen by the doctors. We've been with them 7 year and after calling about an appointment that's 2 months overdue, I was basically told it's a 3 month wait. Not sure eats going on but we're not sticking with a sinking ship.

All 3 of my kids have come here all their lives. Lately, we don't even get a call when they're up for annuals or with my baby, the milestone checkups. I called today to ask about my 2 year old, who is 2 months past her birthdate and was told the doctor is booked for the next 4 month. I can't even remember the last time we actually saw her. I made a point to mention we never get scheduled with her and if they could check for availability, I was left on hold for 15 minutes. Absolutely over it.
