I used to go to her at her other location and had no complaints but for some reason she is now very unprofessional. Vivian spends to much time on her phone. I would understand if it was texting/calling her clients but I have visited her 2 times and on those 2 times she had called her husband/son like more than 10 times it feels. I saw another comment where Vivian writes it’s because she is calling/texting clients. Thats not true, Also thats why there are booking apps which some of them are free. Once you made an agreement with her about your appointment times. On the day of, she texts you and pressures you on changing your time to more earlier. I understand how it can benefit her but also I have my day scheduled and cant move it around accordingly to her schedule. She rushes and doesn't do a good job. When she was doing my acrylic toe, she didn't sat me down at the pedicure chair. She did it underneath her manicure service table. She made a statement saying that i was bleeding, but it was because she didnt used the nail filer but used the nail clipper which she clipped my toe nail wrong causing it to bleed. Because of rushed she did this now I have an ingrown toe nail. I know a lot about nails and know that specifically if acrylic toe nails aren’t done the proper way it can result of ingrown nail, fungus, infection and etc. Also, She doesn’t have a set price. As you can see on her services price on google it says “and up” because she trys to overcharge on the second appointment. I previously asked her for acrylic toes fill in she told me it would be $32, thats fine but when I asked her how much for GEL TOP COAT IN PERSON she told me $45 and if I wanted french toe nails would be another $20. Thats what I paid for the full set with french tips!! I am a young working female who gives good tips and unfortunately because of this, she didn't received anything from me on the last appointment. My husband usually is with me at all my appointments and he was really disappointed with her because this isn’t usually they way she was in the past years.. I will not be going to her ever again.

I have now found my new mani & pedi technician! Not only is Vivian very sweet, accommodating to your schedule and professional, she does a great and neat job and does not take long. Her suite is quiet, relaxing and filled with so many different colors for your nails and toes you won’t know what colors to choose from! She also does fabulous natural looking eyelashes and waxing too! You won’t be disappointed!

My nails came out great. I went with my step mom and my aunt and we all got our nails done. I got my nails done for my wedding and was so happy with the results !
