Do not live here. I have been a customer of Casas Del Rio for 4 years, and not once have they tried to help me when I needed it. I have reached out to the manager, Marcos Romero, about noise complaints, changing leases, and much more, but he has never done anything to help me. The RA's are lazy and do not answer the door when I needed them. They make you pay for the first two weeks of August and the last two of May, despite not allowing residents to move in, essentially taking a month's rent from us. Once again, Do Not Live Here.

No trash cans (which sucks!), I had to use target's plastic bags. Toilet paper yes. Not quite sure about housekeeping, I just stayed a few days.
