I wish i can give them a negative 2 star the office staff allegedly misplaced tenants funds leaving tenants left with late fee's and other fee's last week my rental balance was 0 now its almost 4k since a new staff just came in ...this is outrageous i have all my docu/ receipts and they still trying to say i need to pay them almost 4k today the only thing im paying for is lawyer's at this point...this place switches office staff more than any office i know that got to say something about the property

I’ve been a tenant here at this property since 2010. It’s fair to say that I’ve seen A LOT. And, unfortunately, the property, and value has declined tremendously! I understand wanting to have units rented, but at what cost in regards to the value, and aesthetic of the property. It’s like the tenants as of late, aren’t being screened, and as long as the rent can be paid, you can move in. It’s become a revolving door, it’s no longer diverse, the gate is always broken, the sign at the entrance, or a light/lamp post is out/broken cus it seems as if someone was drunk, and simply ran into it! Good luck upon entry at night time! There’s always trash randomly on the grounds of the property, the landscaping is horrible, dead greenery, and shrubs, there’s literally paint all over a bush at my building from a year ago, lol… whew smh. They don’t pressure wash the buildings, there’s still pollen on the rails and walkways, I don’t even know WHAT the tennis court has been converted to, lol, it’s become noisy, there was a fire in 2 nearby unit TWICE within a month, 2 months ago, and one the units STILL hasn’t been redone. The windows are just still up, and the unit is just still burnt! The neighbors dogs are noisy, and seem like they cry and whine from separation anxiety, oh, the BIGGEST thing of all, someone LITERALLY stole the catalytic converter off my vehicle! Idk when! I don’t drive too often as I work from home, and with delivery services, and ride share, there just isn’t a need to. Well, I go outside one day to go somewhere, I crank up my car and it’s sounds like a NASCAR race vehicle! I have a mobile mechanic take a look at it, and he immediately said what the issue was. We look under the car, and sure enough, lol, the wires are just there hanging, they also damaged the O2 sensor, so $1000 worth of repairs due to a thief! Idk if it was a neighbor, a guest of a neighbor, etc. it’s just disappointing, and upsetting! Never in 12 years has ANYthing of the sort happened over here! AND, There’s a cop that lives in a nearby building, smh whew! Lol the staff is semi unprofessional, they just put bandaids on issues, never fully repairing them, the rent continues to “elevate” and skyrocket at an alarming rate, all because the battery/braves stadium is a mile away. There is NOTHING elevating about Elevate Twenty Three! I PRAY TO GOD, the UNIVERSE, Buddha, WHOMEVER, that this is my last year/lease here. These buildings are OLD!!! They need to be TORN DOWN and completely rebuilt! If they are gonna charge the rates they’re charging, because it’s TOTALLY not worth it! At all!!!

I moved in March 2022. From the beginning their were items that required attention. Currently I’ve had a leak in the kitchen for over a month and they can’t figure out how to resolve it. The ceiling in the living room bubbled up and is now falling, this has also been over a month ago. I’ve submitted Maintenance Request, sent emails and still no resolution. The leasing office has yet to communicate with me. How long am I expected to live with these issues!
