You have to make sure that roth has all paperwork to get supplies and you will have to keep after them to make sure all the info get to the right department do not assume that if one department has the info that other part of the company has it there computers are not connected to each other so you will have to be diligent
Worst response time I've ever experienced. I have not had good service from this company. I have called and been on hold for over 45 minutes and have left messages and got no response. I was referred to them when I moved from New Mexico and the service has never been helpful or efficient.
I just started using a C-Pap through Roth. So far they've been good, no complaints.
