I’ve been dealing with a medical issue for more than 3 months and after getting prescribed a medication for it and it not working I followed up with the doctor who then proceeded to rudely tell me over a tele visit that if the prescription didn’t solve the issue then she doesn’t know what it could be. After she said “I don’t know what you want” I’ve come to the conclusion that this establishment wants nothing more than to bill you then to offer help in any circumstance. Not only was Dr. Christy Kleinke extremely rude but somehow she made it seem like I was in the wrong for even calling to see what the next steps might be. Extremely disappointed, will not return after years of being seen here nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.

Very rude staff at this office who wants to rush you in and out. Had a terrible experience recently that is as follows. During my doctors visit I was asked if I would like my ears cleaned out so I said sure. Keep in mind I have had this done many times in my life. Well in the process of cleaning my ears the assistant damaged my ear causing a perforated ear drum. Didn’t even come in with any ear problems that day but now I most certainly do. At the time the doctors assistant just rushed me out of the office, sending me off in pain. Came back the following day to see if my ear still had wax in it and that’s when a doctor informed me about the perforated ear drum. After a nurse checked my vitals the doctor made me wait in a room for about 40 minutes before seeing me, totally thought they had forgot about me. Feel like I could go in forever about how rude they are at this office. Save yourself the time and pain and find a different doctors office. This place just wants to see you quick and bill you.

I’ve been here once before because a family member referred it. The first visit was ok, front office staff wasn’t the nicest. I seen Jeff he was friendly and listened. I called to make an appointment and was told I had a bill and it needed to be paid before I could be seen or get a refill. I’m able to do payment but have never had a Dr decline seeing me over 1 bill. I will find a better office and based on these recent reviews it’s probably for the best.
