Was concerned about my cats forcibly being taken away from me due to a living situation and was not sure about the laws pertaining to this. A lady officer was very nice answering these trivial questions even though there are actual people in need. So despite it being a domestic family issue she treated me as a person in need and gave me correct information I needed In order to avoid a Volatile situation. She changed my view on the Westminster police as it was shatter earlier this year due to the police letting my neighbor go after he tried beating his girlfriend in the parking lot. I won’t hold a grudge as they don’t live by neighbor as see the consist violate and scary behavior. I feel like I can count on the Westminster police to help me with some situations that are out of my control. Thank you for respecting my concerns. Wish you all safety.

I suggest you call 911. Even though these kids may be gone by the time the police get there, it is better to be safe than sorry, since this involves a power box.
Ok, is a house that is in a residential area allowed to run an air bnb while not living there, if it is a business shouldn't he/she have to have a business/occupancy licensing, how about alcohol being consumed on this property....if they drink and drive ,then hurt or kill somebody; then who is responsible. I didn't know you could run a business out of a residential house. Awaiting your response. Seems that depending on who you talk to on the phone, the answer is no and yes, I'll bet the people that told me it was legal to do this...have a vested interest such as owning air bnb and not using as primary residence( which I believe is in the papers they signed to purchase the house)
