I don't know why or how Summit Respitory in Denver is still in business. This customer service is worst I have experienced in my 78 years of life. By the way for a Oxygen Tank pick- up that was bought home from the hospital. Called for scheduled pick-up time, told no ticket for pick up. Originally was told a call would be made on morning of pick-up (today), had not received a call at 10:00AM, reason for call in first place. Supposedly per Cody scheduled pick-up for next Friday. WOW. A Medical supplier providing such Rude and Nasty customer service in 2022. Absolutely Terrible service.

Waited for 1 1/2 hours to speak to someone. When I finally got a rep, (her name was Dakota), she was incredibly rude. Finally, she transferred me to a rep who was knowledgeable & helpful & was able to answer my questions. Update: see Roth’s response asking me to email them. Email they provided does not work. Said I am not authorized to send email to this address.

Scammers!!! You dumped off a bunch of oxygen tanks at my house over 5 years ago will not come pick them up and keep charging my insurance!

When calling them, just press '1' (it prompts you to press 1 if you are a physician or hospital provider). I pressed 3 and I also tried 6 (which were both relevant to me) and I waited on hold for over an hour and a half just to reach voicemails? I pressed '1', someone picked up immediately and helped me with my issue...

You have to make sure that roth has all paperwork to get supplies and you will have to keep after them to make sure all the info get to the right department do not assume that if one department has the info that other part of the company has it there computers are not connected to each other so you will have to be diligent
