They only euthanize for severe health/behavior issues. They generally have a rapid turn-over on adoptions, but do have some long-timers. Not sure if that answers your question, but it does if i understood you correctly.
Only for health reasons. Sometimes they will transfer a pet to one of there different locations in hopes of a better chance at adoption.
It is a NO kill shelter unless the animal shows aggressive behavior or r animal is terminally I'll.
If they dont have room there they just contact other shelters for temp stays
