They do free cat spay/neuter at Solutions, 191 Yuma street, Denver 80223, and also through the Meow Mobile. Check DDFL.org and select "Services" to find the mobile unit schedule and make an appointment for either. They have low price vaccines, but not free.

Only on animals that they put up for adoption. No one else does it for free. For lowest cost vaccinations and registrations, I suggest your county animal control. It's a one stop deal for both. I suggest the Maxfund Clinic or Pet-Aid Veterinary Hospital for low cost or income based spay/neuter.
