Yes. Door you can open. Space is about 3 feet high 3 feet wide 5 feet long so there is ample room for dog. DDF L appreciates you including any paper work you have. Vet records, letter as to why you at relenqshing dog and name and age, leash collar.. this is so that DDFL knows more and can better take care of dog. People are there over night to help at intake.
Hi CJB - We do have night kennels at both our Quebec Street Shelter and the Buddy Center in Castle Rock. Any time you find a stray, you can bring them to our shelter, and if it is outside of Pet Admission hours you can leave them in the night kennels. They're climate controlled, and there's a form to fill out with your information and any information you have about the pet for us to help return the pet to its owners or find it a new home.
Yes and they do check them frequently so the animal doesn't stress any more than they have to.
