My wife has a service dog that she got from dumb friends league and it attacked a dog today and she is a service dog for my wife but we can't have a vicious dog. What is the best thing to do with her?

Dont give up on your dog so easy. Probley something simple,maybe she's over-protective of your wife! Is that so horrible. Retrain,refresh,rehome,never give up they dont!

Try returning the dog, you may want to see if there is a retraining program
