I have two kids 17&15 I have a notice stating my kids are off the lease where we was staying at the moment I work two jobs but not a stable place for my kids..how can this place help me?

I think you should go an see what they can do to help you. If it's something they can do to prevent you an your children from coming in the system they will let know. Path is not just a shelter..it's a agency.they can help with different situations and if they can't they will at least help you with other options or refer you to other agencies that can.

They really won't help if you want to stay in your current apartment. Your lease must be amended to add your kids by your landlord. If they do not want to help then inquire at the housing court or with a legal aid. Do not leave your apartment. Eviction processes can take years. Do not leave your apartment if you have a valid lease.

I have 2 kids a 15 yr old and a 2 yr old and where we staying is uncomfortable and there's no space we sleep in a couch a do have a job I stay with my brother and his wife and she threatened to kick us out and throw water on the couch where me an my kids live I really need help because I'm a low income earner I can't afford to pay rent at this time will path help me and how do I go about doing it I really need to get out because my daughter is getting uncomfortable she can't sleep she can't concentrate on her studies because of the situation
