So I’m thinking about going to this shelter at the moment I’m in my mother house in the living room with both my boys ages 3 and 11 they both suffer with disability and I have 3 incomes will they still help me ???

Yes they will help you it has nothing to do with your income just make sure your mother say you cant stay there no more

Guess it depends on your worker or maybe your luck. I have the same situation and I was told I don't qualify bc I've been there passed 30 days and state law says you are a legal tenant and can not be thrown out. I was told the person has to get a court order to put you out and you must be on the lease. Good luck
