If her daughter is over 18 years old they may or may not let her in with you 2 cause she's 18 and if she has her own kids they may send her to a single woman shelter with kids but if she is 17 teen. All you need if your legally married or have a domestic partnership is either the marriage certificate or the a certificate from court that you may have to pay for saying that ya are in a domestic partnership. Idk if it went up but it cost like $35 to get from the court house. You also have to have everyone's birth certificate, social security cards or numbers. Proof of where you and your family have been staying for the last 2 year.
Yes but they may ask you to go to City Hall and get a Domestic Partnership certificate since the oldest child is not with you. They should give you time to get it while you're in the shelter
Well they ask if u married by law if not they ask if ur on any of the kids birth certificates so really I don't how it work with her being pregnant and you being the father work because be and my common law wife have been together going on almost 8 years and the told her the only way I'll will be able to be with them unless we get marrie or if I'm on the kids birth certificate good thing I am the father of are 4kids so they signed me on the papers as a Co parent well good luck to u guys
