Where is my passport..the tracking number you give me I can't fine it I called the usps but dry can't find my passport .. pls I need someone to respond back to me

I came to Atlanta to renew my passport since on the 10th of September and attacking number was given to me up till now I have not receive my passport. Even the tracking number is showing no mail in their system. I need my passport to travel .please consulate General I need your help. All the phone numbers on your website are asking for voice message which is not right.

This is so unconventional, that information are so hard to come by. It's do difficult to reach a person or get an answer from the Nigerian Consulate. At least let people know what their expectations are or why they have not received their passport. My situation is similar to this lady. I went in for biometric in July 2018 and still have not heard anything. Can l please get some help?
