People travel to presque isle year round for the fishing.
Pleanty of decent spots to cast out from :). If youre looking for shore fishing places, id suggest looking at a map showing water depth, or staying towards the bay area. Like others have noted, it can be a little rocky in some areas, so just be careful of snags. Also, watch the temp, time of day, and which way the wind is blowing, because you can tyoically gain a better understanding of where larger fish will be hunting for food by reading into those things :) Best of luck!
