Why isn't Jane's scenic memorial drive open all the way thru yet? It's supposed to connect to the picayune but has been closed for about 3 years now.

My understanding is it will be permanently closed to vehicle going forward. It is now a biking and walking only road. Less impact on nature and wildlife.
