I stopped by last weekend & then this weekend to drop my paper/plastic/and aluminum & the bin was & is still missing. I was hoping to find out if this will be back or where I can take my recycling so i'm not just tossing it in the waste dumpster

I talked with one of the workers here and they said that it's because some people kept putting trash (food, furniture, etc.) in there that Tempe said no more.

The Tempe public library parking lot has mixed recycling bins I believe.
