I came in at 4:35p (they were closing at 5p) for Covid-19 testing. Was advised that they close in "few minutes". Took receptionist another 10 minutes to let me know that the PA will not see me as they are about to close. I was the only patient. It's a 2-minute procedure and a 15-minute result wait. I was still turned away. Very unprofessional.

Leaving a review in hopes they'll increase their staff. I don't know what the point of making an appointment was if I ended up waiting an hour anyway. The doctor was very friendly and kind, I was just upset over waiting so long past my appointment time.

Told me to come back in on labor day and when I arrived they told me they closed early despite showing up well before 4pm, thanks for wasting my limited time off from work.

You can call that location and cancel over the phone. Or maybe, look up you email confirmation, and I think it gives you an option to change/cancel your appointment
