April has been so inspiring from the start! She is always encouraging us to be the best that we can. Without her I wouldn't have the motivation I do, nor the knowledge that I have to be healthier in every aspect of my life. Not only do you get a trainer, but you also get a friend who has your best interest at heart. She has helped transform my mind to understand my body's needs, and always pushes me to be the best I can. I would not have the results without her!

April has completely changed my outlook on working out. She has guided me through my journey of becoming more healthy physically and mentally. I struggled with seeing how working out twice a week could fit with my schedule. April has helped me to see that not only could I make it work, but that I needed to. How do you gauge client changes physically? Do you do weigh ins or measurements?

Great question, we do this a couple ways. Every 4 weeks we have weigh-ins on our In-Body scale which measures your body composition. Which is your body weight, body fat and muscle mass. We also track through pictures. Having all 4 things to track allows us to fully understand the progress you are making under our programs. Its all included in your memberships as well!

How many days a week of training will show the best results for weight loss?

Like most things the more focus we can put into it the more we will get out of it. So coming in 4 days a week is always going to hold you more accountable and keep you most consistent to make progress. The more days youre with us the more dialed in we can be, its really that simple. That being said our memberships include access to our mobile app so you can tackle any workouts that you are not present for if you choose to come less days a week! We provide many tools to make sure you are successful here.

Do you have options for me if I would like to train under a woman trainer?

We actually have 2 female trainers who provide private, semi-private and small group classes dedicated to women only. We understand the gym can be an intimidating or confusing place for anyone, but especially women. So we strive to provide female focused programs to educate and empower women to take charge of their physical health. Feel more confident in the gym and their abilities.

Hey there, we support ALL levels. We really like to stress that because getting starting in the gym or on your health in general can be hard. A lot of new members come to find that we actually LOVE inexperienced people. It allows us to build from the ground up working on functional fitness and good habits to help with long lasting change.

Talk about a loaded question! First answer, the BEST training ;). Second our most popular offer is our morning and evening small group classes (6-8 people) which allows for that extra attention but keeping high energy and camaraderie. We also offer semi-private (2-4 people) and Private (1 on 1) for people looking for exclusive training that is individualized to their needs or preferences.

Hey Mike! We are located in Tempe. Luckily, we are directly off University and 101 freeway so we have easy access from Mesa, Chandler, and Scottsdale. We pride ourselves on being very accessible both in location and in training practices.
