I love the art work at the station it self but here's the downside about it. It's small, the transportation sucks and the light rail could take up to an hour to get to your stop you're at.

Yes it is free parking by Valley Metro..
It's public parking. I've seen people do it during college days. You probably can't abandon your vehicle for multiple days, though
