I went here because it was close to my job… my pedicure was great but my full set was horrible! My nails where done 7 days ago & 3 are missing!!! Not to mention I had to have one replaced the the next day!!! That’s 4 nails in 7 days & I spent $70 & left a tip!!! I would never recommend this shop!!! I get my nails done regularly and have never had this problem!

I came in for the first time to repair one of my nails that I had accidentally broke. I usually get my nails done in Scottsdale, but I was in the area so I decided to try this place out. My nail was about to rip off halfway through my nail bed and it hurt. I popped in as a walk-in and was greeted rudely by one of the staff members. She basically yelled out they were busy and she couldn’t see me for another hour. When I came back, I was shouted by the same woman to take a seat at one of the chairs. Another woman comes up, not even looking up from her phone and asked what I needed. I told and showed her my nail, and she proceeded to take out clippers to cut the nail where it was about to break. I kindly asked her to stop and if there was possibly another way to repair the nail without causing more pain I was already in. Not even 2 minutes, she stood up and just walked away. It was incredibly rude. The manager then sat down and said he could repair my nail without cutting it and tried to say I wasn’t being clear to the previous nail tech? All I was asking her was to not cut my nail because I was in pain. The manager did repair my nail and it no longer hurts, so I will give this place a few stars for that. Although the repair costed me $10 in total, I will not be back after this. I should’ve checked the reviews before coming here as customer service seems to be something this place lacks. I typically spend $200 on my nail & pedicure every two weeks, and it’s a shame as I frequent the area often. Hopefully they can train their staff to handle these situations better.

Worst nail experience I've ever had, and I've done my nails for 20+ years. So rude and didn't even want my nails finished there. Would definitely advise going elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with the service today. I had my real nails cut down and he cracked one all the way down the the skin. Didn't offer any fix. Instead I was told that it was my real nails and nothing he can do.
