These guys stink. Terrible communication, absolutely zero empathy, outright lying to customers. Like most of you I've only had to deal with these jokers due to IKEA partnering with them for delivery in the Phoenix metro area. Shame on IKEA - you're way better than these clowns. I am very understanding and sympathetic towards shipping delays, staff shortages, etc. What I am not sympathetic towards is ignoring customers, misrepresenting the status of orders, totally lacking any follow-up or transparency. Thanks for wasting my time and money, TForce! Also, since it looks like they have somehow trained one of their staff to use a keyboard - my order was 421275232 - and now canceled, entirely thanks to TForce, and don't worry - IKEA knows why it was canceled ;)

Completely oblivious to any order they receive. Arrived 1 hour before their designated arrival time. They are contracted with ikea and provide no information or way to to communicate with them the day of delivery. They scheduled a delivery for a day they are closed. Avoid them AT ALL COSTS. Where exactly should I share the tracking?

Absolute SCAMMERS and GOUGERS on freight...cannot be trusted. Have been shipping the same goods on same size pallet dozens of times with other shippers and every time it comes to using Tforce they somehow QUADRIPLE the weight. CLOWN SHOW with same UPS nuts and bolts infrastructure before sold the operation to TForce.
