I'll echo Rachel P.'s response. I've been in a bunch of times and not seen any backpacks. This is a college surplus store, not a military or gov surplus. Great if you are looking for a desk, lockers, maybe an older computer or laptop. Not so much for hiking, camping, etc.
They get many different things
You can always contact asu Surplus directly If it was sent to them they will know when it will be up for sale. Depending on how long ago you saw it I know they ox and off a piano a couple of months ago
