What do the bikes start at

I've seen them at 25 bucks up to like 65, depending on the brand and condition.

LOTS of cheaper bikes because they're mostly from the campus. You will find some decent road bikes on occasion and they will cost 150+, but really nice ones are quite rare from what I've seen.

40 to 50 dollars can go upto 200

Yes $25 and up. Most are in poor shape. Best time is at end of the semester or school year.
