If I could give 0 stars I would but I can’t so I give it a 1. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I have left 3 VM for the rehab department (Peggy) specifically about my sons tumble from chair. 1st they delivered the incorrect size a medium was ordered a small was delivered (no attention to details as usual.) 2nd. They also delivered a tumble from feeding table. The knob was broken. I called and Peggy advised me someone in the warehouse had an extra knob laying around they mailed it to me and it was the wrong knob. I infuriated because how unprofessional can you be to not return 3 voicemails? Throughout the whole entire week?!? After I expressed it’s becoming dangerous for my NON VERBAL, NON WALKING CHILD IS FALLING OUT OF THE CHAIR AND HITTING THEIR HEAD!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service! The short chubby lady with the glasses has a nasty attitude and for no reason at all just because she feels like it and can! She hangs up on customers and is rude for no apparent reason!

If I could gove them -5 I would. We changed insurance companies because of them. They are horrible. 2 months for them to do ANYTHING! Phoenix Children hospital doctors all concur.
